Dummies Guide for Instructure-UI

We are just getting started with Canvas, developing a pilot for launch in a few months. 

Regarding CSS, I can see that Instructure-UI is the preferred framework. 

Is there a Dummies Guide for getting started with it?

We will need a Guide which documents very basic steps for installing the framework/CSS and developing a test page.
