If an assignment is graded, there is no way to see what your total grade would be by using the click to test a different score feature. Assignments that are not yet graded or don't count for your grade are marked by a "-" but typing that in to test the score does nothing and it reverts back to what the number was before.
Can I provide students with an ePortfolio for use in a course? I can't see any mention of Folio in the list of tools for a course, or anywhere else in my institution's implementation of Canvas. But I am very new to Canvas, so be missing the point.
