MY course has been working fine up to a certain point. All of a sudden, it is not allowing students to progress or view assignments. I haven't changed anything, and this is a copy of a previous course that did not have these issues.
A student is reporting that discussion board due dates are not showing up in their To Do list, while assignment due dates are showing up. The due dates are set for the discussion boards in the course. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?
Hello, Teachers at my school are having issues with their gradebook on canvas. We operate on an A/B schedule. Beacuse of that, many teachers need to have multiple due dates on canvas. When they assign multiple due dates it causes the gradebook on canvas to be out of order. They attempt to change the settings to reaarange…
I have a number of pages (pre-authored, we are new to Canvas) that contain dynamic svg--and thus use an object tag. These files, and the html files using them, are then hosted on Canvas, but embedded in an iframe. Whereas tags (files hosted on Canvas, links to Canvas) work, the object tags fail . I can see that the way…
As an instructor, when grading student submissions in SpeedGrader, I am able to click View Rubric and use that as a means of grading each rubric item. However, on this particular student submission, I cannot view the rubric. I've emptied cache, hard reloaded/refreshed, but I still cannot View Rubric. View a short GIF to…
Hello everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution to "track" what learners do on a course page? If a course page has a video, I-frame, or a link to an article, is there a way to see who has accessed them and how many times? Perhaps through a 3rd party tool? We have used the course analytics and the "Ask Your…

I am a student who uses Canvas as part of the LMS for my university. Every week we have to write a timed quiz with a 10 minute timer, but on Canvas, whenever we click to start the quiz, the timer starts, even though the quiz itself hasn't loaded in yet. As a result, whenever the quiz does load in, we have to work with less…
As an instructor, I am trying to upload a document in the Assignment Comments section for students (while in the SpeedGrader) but it is "stuck" in the "Submitting". When I click to go to the next student it gives the the message "You have created a comment that has not been posted..." and I click "Cancel" and wait and wait…
