Does anyone have Canvas studio videos dissapearing in canvas pages?

Question

I have had this pop up a few time recently on pages that I know had a video here a few weeks ago. I can add the video again and see it. Is this a glitch on our end? Or?? A little obnoxious thinking the page is ready to go… Where the red circles are there used to be videos.

Thanks for replying back, @jryter1.

I still do not have an answer for you because I do not know what specifics actions or events occurred to cause it but (1) a reboot without properly saving might have caused a problem and (2) I do not this a specific web browser would have matter.

Hopefully you can find a common denominator. If you do, I would report it to Canvas Support before making any changes because they cannot review and fix what they cannot see.

The videos don't show after the page is published.

But I did go back and looked at pages along the way on the revision history. And yes the videos are there and then i saved it again and they message is up. One funny thing is that the videos where there and then very early in the morning 4am it was saved again and the videos are gone and then saved again a few minutes later. Hmm. Maybe glitchy computer reboot…

Looking at the code… It is gone as far as any video links. Harumph. I'll keep an eye out for missing videos and see if I can find out a common denominator.

I was using Firefox I believe the entire time to edit.

I have not had this happen before.

Before you added the videos back,

* if you switch to HTML view, did anything apears in those areas?
* if they are pages, does anything appear in the history?

It might be too late but you probably have to go to Canvas Support to report it and get an answer.
