Admin Media Management Video Watch Stats

Question

We can get Stats on each video  - Views, Time Viewed and unique Views

Is there any way to collate this data at a sub-admin level? I can use the Media Management tab to collate lists of how many course units are using Studio and how videos are within each course unit - but I can't (as sub domain level) find any engagement data.

Also a export to csv button would be great on this page …😀

HI @DanJagger,

You are right, it would be nice if there was some engagement information. It's not very well rounded if there are no views for videos.

There is a CSV Download on the Admin (nav) > Analytics (page) for Studio.

Outside of Studio, in your Account (nav) - App there is Monitor (tab) that will give you course Studio launches. It also has as a CSV export.

Hi @DanJagger,

I believe that @Robert is referring to the How do I use Canvas Apps? support guide. That guide discusses the "Monitor" area.

Something to keep in mind is that you might need account-level permissions to be able to see it.
