Hey @dtod - does that happen all the time? Can you pull up chat history, or use one of the built-in prompts? A video recording would be awesome to help troubleshoot.
Looks like it's a CORS issue, so it works when on *.instructure.com, but not on our custom domain.
Access to fetch at 'https://oak-prod.domsvc-prod.us-east-1.inseng.io/api/config' from origin 'https://learn.vccs.edu' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
