Ideally im looking for something very instructional with videos. Im struggling to find anything that aren't sales or spec guides. If people have their own rough local versions i would especially appreciate these :)
Hi @Carlene86 ! I would reach out to your CSM to see if you have access to the Online Training Portal. There is currently an Impact course within the Portal that should provide you with the overview and guidance you are looking for.
For specific, technical tutorials on the Impact tool (formerly known as Ally or other Instructure tools), searching the Instructure Community directly for "Impact" provides the most practical, user-driven, and technical documentation available.
