Canvas Student ePortfolios Legacy Transition Updates

Summary
To improve clarity around ePortfolio options and support the transition to newer solutions, legacy indicators, in-product banners, and enhanced export capabilities are added to Canvas Student ePortfolios.
Sunset Banner: Portfolium (Canvas Student ePortfolio, also called Folio) displays an in-product banner to inform users of the planned sunset and provide guidance for exporting content.
Enhanced Export: Users can download their entire ePortfolio as a single ZIP file, including all sections, projects, files, and descriptions.
Legacy Naming Indicator: The Folio LTI includes (Legacy) in its name, clearly distinguishing it from current integration options.
Change Benefit
This update helps users clearly understand which ePortfolio tools are legacy solutions, reduces confusion during the transition to newer offerings, and provides improved export options to support content retention and portability.
