The borderline of the Commons search options do not meet WCAG contrast requirements:

Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: An instance with Commons set up

As an admin or teacher navigate to Commons from Global Navigation.

Observe that the border of the Search options has very minimal contrast to the background
