We are trying to investigate the new portfolio tool in our Dev environment, and while it briefly worked after we set it up, it's been throwing an error for almost a month now.

I've had a ticket open with support (case 12993337) but haven't had any luck progressing what is going on other than they are investigating.
I was wondering if anyone else is having these issues as it seems pretty odd a tool would be completely broken for so long with no updates.
