How long after completing each module does Canvas send a completion badge?
Hi @NataliaSchradle,If you create an account at https://badgr.com using the same email address to which your badge was issued, the badge will automatically appear in the Backpack section of your Canvas Badges account. Make sure your account email matches the one used for your course.
If you don’t see a badge you believe you’ve earned, contact the badge issuer—this may be your course instructor or program administrator. Also, check that you’re signed in to the correct server.Please note that Credentials Support cannot issue badges on behalf of external institutions or issuers.

We seem to have accounts both on US servers and Europe ones. I'm not sure it matters which one of these we use from a practical perspective, but Europe is geographically closer, so ideally I would like to have all of the badges in one region. Is there a way to move them?
