Description
When launching the similarity report for TII LTI 1.1 or Plagiarism Framework with "Performance and Usability Upgrades for SpeedGrader" enabled, it fails to load.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should launch into the similarity report.
Workaround
Disable the new SpeedGrader as a teacher.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Published course with a student, teacher and "Performance and Usability Upgrades for SpeedGrader", and TII 1.1 installed.

As the teacher, create and assignment using TurnItIn 1.1

As the student, submit to the assignment.

As the teacher, open SpeedGrader and try to launch the similarity report.

Notice that it failed to launch and instead prompts for a username and password for both.
