Medication certification for child care

Does anyone know where I go to take the medication certification for childcare? I was told to make an account on here but no one has gotten back to me. My certification needs to be renewed before the school year starts. Thanks for any help you can give.

Is there a way to move badges created in the US region to the Europe region?
We seem to have accounts both on US servers and Europe ones. I'm not sure it matters which one of these we use from a practical perspective, but Europe is geographically closer, so ideally I would like to have all of the badges in one region. Is there a way to move them?
