I see you also posted the same question at Credentials - Instructure Community - 651995. You stated that you passed the A1 level with a 10/10. However, your credentials are not validated. Unfortunately, this isn't a question that we would be able to answer here in the Canvas Community website because we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses. It would be best for you to reach out to your instructor directly so that he/she can help you. You can contact your instructor by clicking on the "Help" icon on the far left-hand global navigation menu within Canvas. Then, click on "Ask Your Instructor a Question" from the slide-out menu that appears. See How do I get help with Canvas? for additional information.
