I am working on our badging initiative report, and I cannot find a report that tells me how many badges have been claimed. I can find how many were awarded, and how many were shared. Can someone point me to that report? Thanks.

I understand that you are wondering about tracking metrics for 'claimed' badges and I want to help.
Currently, we don't have a data filter to view how many users have viewed or 'claimed' their badges. We do have an open feature request for these metrics however. That would be for additional info for badge "acceptance" (indicated by account creation, badge download, badge shares, etc.)If you are able to open a support ticket regarding how these additional reporting capabilities would benefit you, we would be glad to communicate your needs for these additional analytics.We hope this helps and thanks so much for posting in the Community!
hi there, I'm creating a job aide for creating an account for claiming digital badges. We noticed that in your help link for creating an account, the instructions screenshots still say Badgr and not Parchment. The instructions are still the same, so no biggie. Just thought I'd mention it.
