Unable to scroll each side independently of discussion split screen view

Description

• When you have a discussion and use split screen and try to reply to a previous post both the left and right pane are now anchored to each other and no longer scroll independently.

Expected Behavior

• Split screen view should generate a scroll bar for the main discussion content which allows the right pane to be anchored to your view and independent of scrolling the left side content.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a course.

2. Create a discussion.

3. Add enough replies to the discussion to need to scroll the page.

4. Change to split screen view.

5. Click on reply to a discussion post and notice there is no scrollbar between the two panes and they do not scroll independently of eachother
