Hi,Have you created an account at badgr.com using the same email address the badge was awarded to? You badge should appear in your backpack.
If that doesn't work, unfortunately you'll need to reach out to the issuer of your badge to inquire about it. The support team doesn't award badges on behalf of users. If the issuer of the badge is having issues, please have them reach out to support.
