I got six badges from a Summer program I applied to (the experiment digital) but now all my badges disappeared and I can't find any of them

Thanks for posting in the Canvas Credentials Community!I understand that you are signing into your backpack and you are not seeing previously awarded badges.
When checking this is usually due to the badges having been awarded to a different email, and potentially using a different email when signing in. We seem to have accounts both on US servers and Europe ones. I'm not sure it matters which one of these we use from a practical perspective, but Europe is geographically closer, so ideally I would like to have all of the badges in one region. Is there a way to move them?
