I got six badges from a Summer program I applied to (the experiment digital) but now all my badges disappeared and I can't find any of them

Thanks for posting in the Canvas Credentials Community!I understand that you are signing into your backpack and you are not seeing previously awarded badges.
When checking this is usually due to the badges having been awarded to a different email, and potentially using a different email when signing in. hi there, I'm creating a job aide for creating an account for claiming digital badges. We noticed that in your help link for creating an account, the instructions screenshots still say Badgr and not Parchment. The instructions are still the same, so no biggie. Just thought I'd mention it.
