I am having trouble locating my micro credential badge, please help and thank you.
The process is the issuer/instructor will create and send out the badge upon completion or will set the requirements for the badge to be awarded. If you create an account at https://badgr.com with the email address to which your badge was awarded, it will appear in the Backpack section of your Canvas Badges account. Please verify that your account email matches the email for your course.
If you are not seeing a badge you should have been awarded, you will need to reach out to the issuer of the badge. This could be the teacher/instructor of your course or program administrator. You may also need to verify you are logging into the correct server. Please note that Canvas Badges/Credentials does not award badges for external institutions and issuers.
hi there, I'm creating a job aide for creating an account for claiming digital badges. We noticed that in your help link for creating an account, the instructions screenshots still say Badgr and not Parchment. The instructions are still the same, so no biggie. Just thought I'd mention it.
