View annotations in media

Hello,

I successfully added annotations in my video as per the instructions here. I can see them when I play the videos in Canvas Studio, but it is not appearing when I play the exact same videos embedded in Canvas. How can I fix it?

@NadineKim I suspect that one of two things is preventing you annotations from displaying on the embedded videos in Canvas:

the videos in Canvas are not embedded from Studio, but are media files in the course (that just happen to be the same videos are those in Studio). If this is the case you would need to re-embed the videos in the course and ensure you were selecting the annotated videos in Studio
you embedded the videos in Canvas from Studio prior to adding the annotations and are referencing the original version if the video in your course and not the annotated version. In this case you would also want to re-embed the videos, but be sure to select the versions with annotations.
