Organization v Personal account badge awards

It looks like my organization is listed as a Personal Issuer, not an Organization. How can I change this to follow the steps on how to 'Edit Organization> Notification Settings'? I am running into issues when I try to use the bulk award function. There was a limit of 50 awards and now I cannot email the awardees through Badgr.

Apologies for the late reply, hopefully you've already found your answer, but I think this is going to likely be the difference between free and paid tiers of Canvas badges and Canvas credentials respectively.
