I changed the Issuer primary email and since then, when I award a badge, emails are not being sent to awardees. How can I fix this?
Hello @ntrendel Thank you for posting in the Community!Badge award notification settings have been moved to be under the Organization settings, and will not be sent automatically badges under for free/ personal Issuers. I ran into the same issue, except we've been using the same issuer email for almost 6 years. I contacted my CSM because I couldn't find anything in the Community or guides for troubleshooting the issue. I was asked to submit a support ticket. 😞

We seem to have accounts both on US servers and Europe ones. I'm not sure it matters which one of these we use from a practical perspective, but Europe is geographically closer, so ideally I would like to have all of the badges in one region. Is there a way to move them?
