Reports and Canvas Data 2.0

Question

I have a question relating to Canvas data 2.0. Will this result in any changes/updates to the admin reports - meaning the student submissions report, grade export, user course log, etc.?

Will there be additional reports available, or will there be any additional details on those current reports?

Those stock admin reports are not tied to Canvas Data. When you run those reports, they are coming straight from the source. As others have said, Admin Analytics does use Canvas Data and at this time Canvas Data 1. The plan is to move to Canvas Data 2 so keep an eye on the release notes to see when that happens.

I'm fairly certain that there's no relationship between Canvas Data / Canvas Data 2 and the reports that you can get through the UI. Someone from Instructure would need to comment on what their future plans are for reports (might be a good idea to contact your CSM?), but I don't think they would be related to the move to Canvas Data 2.
