What is the typical time that insights are available after a student has watched a video?

I am testing the insights feature in studio because an instructor says it's not working properly. I haven't had any issues before, but I'm wondering if I can share the typical time period it takes for the data to come through into the insights tab.

If it's not available immediately, ask the student to refresh the page in their web browser.

It should generally be pretty quick after the students have watched it. A good rule of thumb is to give the data up to 24 hours to reflect but it doesn't typically take that long. If you're having issues with it right now, I believe Canvas has had a few issues with insights not collecting data the last few days and the engineers are aware and are working on it. You can always contact support if need be. Hopefully this helps.

@greydon Thank you very much! I also checked and some of the students were using an unsupported browser, so I asked them to switch as well.
