# of Badges in Badgr doesn't match course number

I am using the original Badgr support in Canvas to award Badges in a course. The CSV list of completers of the badge is 163 but when I log into Badgr itself, I only see 75. Not sure how to remedy the situation. Found this out when a student wrote in to report never receiving her badge. Canvas says she earned it, but Badgr has no record of her.

I have used all the SIS ID, or the ID as shown on the badger portal, but nothing is working. What kind of the ID does the API call accept? please give an example.
