Are you a student. teacher, LTI developer, etc? That does not sound like an error that would come from Canvas itself, so I assume it's coming from the 3rd party LTI app. If you're the app developer, providing more info about your platform may help someone here give pointers on resolving the issue in the code. If you're a teacher/student trying to report an issue, you'd definitely want to reach out to the person/company responsible for the app.
