Who do I talk to about changing the (my) email address used in the canvas badges?
If you are the student/recipient of the badge, you can accept it using the email address it was issued to, but ADD additional (personal/work/alternate) email addresses to your Canvas profile; this will allow you to log in to your Canvas profile/account/backpack without necessarily being tied to your original student account. If you are the issuer (or staff member of the issuer), an admin/owner of the issuer account will need to update your email address for you.
Hi,The name and/or email would need to be changed by the issuer of the badge. They can revoke the badge, make the changes and then award again. Hope this helps.
hi there, I'm creating a job aide for creating an account for claiming digital badges. We noticed that in your help link for creating an account, the instructions screenshots still say Badgr and not Parchment. The instructions are still the same, so no biggie. Just thought I'd mention it.
