Unable to import a badge from Open Badge Factory into my Canvas Badges backpack

I found the help page at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Badges/Troubleshooting-Open-Badge-Factory-Badges/ta-p/530207

The problem is that the URLs I have access to look like this:

• https://openbadgefactory.com/c/receive?k=S0H11DaEZ7a7TZ&e=mkbarbour%40gmail.com&t=7c4ae292c4e0b990ec8da95869bd3571d0e2e314&v=2.0
• https://openbadgefactory.com/v1/assertion/7c4ae292c4e0b990ec8da95869bd3571d0e2e314

Neither of which is close to the URL provided in the Canvas support page.  Anyone have any guesses as to how to do this?
