PSA: Scheduled Catalog outages (Aug 1-2)

Due to scheduled maintenance, Canvas Catalog will be unavailable for short periods of time in August 2023. Here are the details:

The error message will say 'Catalog is currently under maintenance. We'll be back shortly.'

@emc2 I've reached out to the team who handles the status website to add these. Thanks for the suggestion.

@Charles_Barbour and @jsowalsk That's a great idea, once I get the access to that calendar I'll add them. (I've already requested it).
