Can institution admins view student's and teacher's canvas studio media?

Are institute admins able to view student's and faculty's canvas studio media?

 

Meaning, is there a way that they can view anyone's media library at anytime? I can't seem to find this information in the guide, and I've been trying to see if there's a way.

Have you considered masquerading as the student or the instructor to see their Studio library?  I think this would be the best way to go about this.

How do I act as another user in an account?
