I have add additional information, such as my email address. , But when I click the Verify button, I still prompt "Recipient Not Verified". Why is this?
I've run into the challenge where I use the wrong email address to verify a badge. The best option is to check with the issuing authority to confirm the email address that was issued for your badge.

Please report this to your IT support team or Canvas Credentials help site. If you get a ticket number adding that as a reply here would help other members of the community who encounter a similar problem.
