Does anyone know why the badge isn't going into my backpack?
I have verified my email. The badge is legit. Why does this error keep happening?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. That is an odd error to receive with Badgr and could be coming from the Badgr server directly. In a situation like this, you would need to contact them directly. Please email support@badgr.com and include as much relevant information as possible. They specifically ask for this:
