The maximum number of student accounts that can be created

Hello,

We have created a Canvas system on a personal server using source code from GitHub (https://github.com/instructure/canvas-lms) for exploration purposes. We would like to know the maximum number of student accounts that can be created on a self-built system like this.

Please provide us with this information. Thank you very much!

Hi @ĐặngNam,

I'm not aware of anything in Canvas code that would limit the number of users, but I'm also not a super authority on the subject.  My thought it that any limits you'd run into would likely be in the database storing Canvas info.  I've moved the thread to the developers area in case anyone there may have found any limits or know more than I do.
