Moving Badges/Pathway from One Issue to Another

Greetings all,

We created a pathway and related badges in one issuer account but need to move it to another issuer account. I've looked around and can't find a way to move the pathway and related badges to the new issuer. Is there a way to do this or will I need to recreate all of the badges and pathway in the correct issuer?

I have been looking for a way to move a badge from one issuer to another. Do more of a clean-up with the issuers we have. However, the only way we can do that is if we "archive" The badge and create a new one under the new issuer. This makes it more confusing and messier, having the power to move badges from one issuer to another would be awesome!

API to get pathway progress of a user
https://api.badges.parchment.com/v2/users/{idOrEntityId} What type of ID should I be using to get the badges and pathway progress for a particular user? I have used all the SIS ID, or the ID as shown on the badger portal, but nothing is working. What kind of the ID does the API call accept? please give an example.
