SIS import errors that have never happened before

I have been doing course enrollments for a course on a weekly basis for the last couple of years via the SIS import tool. Today I began getting errors when I click for the SIS import to begin. Apparently the issue is with my file because the error appears where I pick the file I want to import.

Pertinent information:

I am using a MacBook Pro running OS Monterey 12.4
I know that sometimes the format of the CSV file can cause an issue, so I tried saving with the three CSV options I have. One of those is not labeled, so that must be the generic Mac version. The second is UTF-8, and the third is Microsoft-DOS.
The errors are 63957, 63598, and 63599.

Any ideas?

Does the iCal feed link change periodically?
I have seen documentation that says you must recopy your iCal link and resubscribe when you are enrolled in new classes, does this mean my iCal feed link changes each time, or do i just need to re-fetch the .ics file?
