I am wondering if anyone has created steps or documentation that will allow our SIS (Synergy) to automatically create and associate observer accounts I am looking for more information on getting parents involved and thought it there observer accounts can be automatically created from Synergy that would be a great help.

All students were kicked out of Course. I have an admin role and our institution has Canvas integrated with our SIS system. When I sync from Canvas to Synergy, everything looks fine and there are no errors. It says completed. However, my Synergy grades do not update. The assignment titles and columns are there in Synergy but there are no points given, even though they are there in Speedgrader. Why aren't my points syncing?
