In the instructions for awarding a badge, you must enter an identifier, usually an email address. However, there is an option to add a URL. Would this be the recipient's own website address, for example, Linkedin URL? How would the recipient know they have received a badge? Thanks, Anne

We seem to have accounts both on US servers and Europe ones. I'm not sure it matters which one of these we use from a practical perspective, but Europe is geographically closer, so ideally I would like to have all of the badges in one region. Is there a way to move them?

Hi all, I wanted to ask what the criteria for getting a badge are, I recently finished the summer course taking two classes and passed both of them with A's. Does that entitle me to the Dean's List badge ( from what I've read, it does)? Is anyone having this issue, or am I misinterpreting it?
I have recently completed 2 required trainings and I have the certificates. It is not syncing with my Pathway, but other trainings from the same platform are syncing with other Pathways. How do I fix that?? Everything is synced and linked.
