I know that you can filter an assessment report by IEP students and ELL students. Can you filter an assessment report to exclude SPED and/or ELL students?

I know how to add the tools so the students can use them on the test ( highlighting, draw, etc.). Is there a way for me to see if they are using them? The only "reports" I can find only have which answer they chose. I want to see if they highlighted and underlined etc.
