SAML Issues w/ new Canvas Identity layer

Question

We're experiencing SAML failure after the changes made to redirect to Instructure's own login portal. We use Auth0 for our IDP, and the following SAML request from Canvas to our IDP is not being completed. I'm unable to see the changes made to the underlying infrastructure that handles user authentication for Canvas, and need assistance to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi @KateNoodle_53904256,

I believe partners have official contacts at Instructure to work through problems like this.  Education customers would normally have their Canvas admins work with a Customer Success Manager for this particular issue, but Noodle's contacts at Instructure should be able to perform similarly for you.
