Is there a way we can push syncs to our Mastery Connect without contacting our CSM or submitting a support ticket? It would be great if site admins could do this.
I think* this is the guide you're looking for (below), although a CSM might have to enable it initially. If you are uploading/providing CSVs for SIS Imports, you would want that checked instead of Syncing. HI @TRACYSPEIGHT ! This is a great suggestion to contribute on the mastery collaborative roadmap, but at this time, any district not using Clever gets a full sync nightly, and if there any issues, contacting Instructure is the only way to find out if the data is not being sent or there is a sync issue.
