We've made it easier to know which Canvas tier a feature belongs to — right from the Community.
Future Canvas Release Notes display a banner identifying whether a feature is part of Canvas Plus or Canvas Next. Additionally, Guides display a banner with the same tier information.
No more hunting through documentation to figure out if a feature applies to your institution. The tier context comes to you.
Note(s):
- These tiers are exclusive to Canvas; there is no change to our Mastery, Parchment, and Canvas Career products.
- Canvas Plus and Canvas Next are currently available in North America for higher education and K–12 customers, and will be available globally by August 15 (with some exclusions).
- For more information on your institution’s current tier, reach out to your Canvas Admin or CSM.
