Question

I have had a couple reports that our Mastry Connect News feed is not woorking correctly.

One states"

We are trying to view our News Feed on Mastery Connect.  When we go to "My Profile" we can only see our personal profile and items we have assigned.  When I go to the Help Center, we follow the steps but we can still only see our own personal items and nobody that we are following

We have recently changed our ISP for the district. IS there a whitelist for Mastery COnenct? Or are there other factors that may affect the News Feed for Mastery Connect

I think the problem is a little more than needing to scroll further down.

In the past, we have been able to see any teacher that we follow whether it be at our school, district, or other districts.  We could see assessments that they have created and assigned so we could share with each other.  How it currently is, I can only see what I am assigning and nobody else's assessments.

@DanielNewman I reached out to our product team for clarification. All social features have been deprecated in Mastery Connect. The Community WILL be deprecated soon but it hasn't happened yet. As a replacement, they are creating the "Followed Teachers Index" so that teachers can continue to follow others.
