Summary
When the IgniteAI Agent account-level feature option is enabled, a Display IgniteAI Agent Button feature option is available in User Settings. The first time a user opens the Agent, a dialog prompts them to keep the button enabled or turn it off. Currently, this feature is only available for admins.
Change Benefit
This gives users direct control and allows them to deactivate the Agent if preferred.
Feature Workflow
Once the IgniteAI Agent-Admin feature option is enabled, admins can choose to Disable and Hide the Agent button [1] or Enable and Continue [2] within their own interface.
In User Navigation, click the Account link [1], then Settings link [2] to modify the display at the user level.
In User Settings, admins can manage the visibility of the Agent button using the Display IgniteAI Agent Button feature option.
