We’re excited to introduce a new quarterly Implementation Webinar series designed to support Canvas Administrators during setup, rollout, and early adoption. These sessions are built to help you better understand admin functionality, available training resources, and how to get the most value from your On-Demand Training Portal subscription. Canvas Admins will leave with tangible takeaways as well to aid in implementing training supports.
First Quarter Webinars: January 27 at 10:00 AM Eastern & March 4 at 3:00 PM Eastern
Our first quarter implementation webinar will take place on 1/27/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern and will run for approximately 45 minutes, with time for live Q&A at the end.
When Are These Recurring Webinars Offered
Implementation webinars are offered quarterly and follow a predictable cadence to make planning easier:
- Last Tuesday of the first month of each quarter at 10 AM EST
- First Wednesday of the last month of each quarter at 3 PM EST
This consistent schedule allows admins to plan ahead and join sessions that best align with their implementation timelines.
What You’ll Learn
Each implementation webinar will focus on practical, admin-level guidance, including:
- Audience for whom the session is designed and how subscription levels impact access
- A live demo highlighting key Canvas admin workflows and features in the On-Demand Training Portal
- An overview of available training and product courses to support implementation
- Answers to common implementation and setup questions
These sessions are especially helpful for new Canvas admins supporting a recent rollout, or teams looking to better understand training and support options available to them.
Registration & Participation
During the webinar, participants will be asked to complete a short form to confirm admin status and institution details. This helps us ensure the content is relevant and allows us to provide appropriate follow-up resources after the session. Check out the Instructure Live page to attend.
