As part of our move to our new Community platform, most subscriptions and notifications didn’t make the journey with us. That means you may be missing important updates, product announcements, releases, events, and conversations you care about most.
We know staying informed is important, and we want to make sure you catch the updates that matter to you.
The good news? It’s quick and easy to get reconnected. This is a great opportunity to personalize your Community experience so it works for you.

Explore the Community (and follow what you care about)
When you follow content in the Community, you choose what you see and how you stay connected. Not sure how to begin? Start with the spaces and people that matter most to you, then build from there as you explore.
Product categories
Following a product category helps you stay up to date on:
- New questions and discussions
- Product-specific blogs and announcements
- Release information
Each product category includes multiple content types, and you’ll see those as tabs underneath the colorful banner. Forums, Blogs, and Releases are followed separately, so you can mix and match based on what matters most to you.
💡 Tip: While you can follow individual guides, we recommend being selective. Each time a guide is updated, you’ll receive a notification. Following many guides can result in a lot of alerts.
Interest Hubs
Following interest groups keeps you connected to conversations with peers who share your role or interests.
In an interest hub, you’ll see multiple content types:
Each of these is a separate sub-category and needs to be followed independently. Scroll down the hub page to explore, or use the buttons at the top to jump straight to what you’re looking for.

Choose how you want to be notified
Once you follow something, you’re in control of how it appears for you. To adjust notifications, sign in to the Community, go to your profile, then Account & Privacy Setting, and open Notification Preferences.
You can choose whether to:
- Receive in-app notifications
- Receive email notifications
- Simply follow without notifications at all
This flexibility lets you stay informed without being overwhelmed. And if a topic gets noisy, you can always adjust your preferences later or mute individual posts while staying subscribed to the category.
💡 Tip: You can manage everything you follow from your Followed Content page on your profile.
Make the Community work for you
Your Community experience should reflect the things that matter most to you: your interests, and the products you use.
By taking just a few minutes to explore and follow the topics, discussions, and content that resonate with you, you’ll start seeing the right content at the right time, never miss an important update, and discover information that’s both useful and welcoming.
If you want to revisit something—or be notified when it changes—simply make sure you’re following it.
