Summary
In Settings Workflow Builder, a configuration setting is available allowing Administrators to choose to consolidate multiple requests into a single vetting workflow or trigger a separate workflow run for each individual product request.
Change Benefit
This update provides administrators with greater flexibility to match their vetting process to specific operational needs. It accommodates scenarios where individual evaluation of every request is required, rather than the standard consolidation of requests.
Email Non-users from a Workflow

Summary
In Settings Workflow Builder, administrators can schedule automated emails to be sent to any email address including users who do not use LearnPlatform.
Change Benefit
This functionality enables administrators to automatically trigger email notifications to recipients outside of the LearnPlatform user base. This allows for seamless integration with external systems, such as IT ticketing platforms, or the ability to alert stakeholders who are not a LearnPlatform user.
Feature Workflow
When creating an email notification automation in Workflows, an optional field to include a non-user email address is available.
