Windows devices

Can you use a windows device to take a Mastery connect test? We have tried but it just sits and spins on the website. I wanted to check to see if it need anything installed or could it be a website we might be blocking. It works fine on our chromebooks so I wanted to check with this Forum.

Hi @ReneaBrunner! The Mastery Connect testing site (https://student.masteryconnect.com/) should work on a Windows device from within a browser. Here is some guidance on Instructure Product software and hardware requirements, which includes Mastery Connect: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

Check that, and if you're still having issues, let us know what device you are using and what browser. Also, make sure the browser is the latest version available. I hope this helps! - Jen
