I am noticing a bug on evaluation portfolios where if a student has submitted the portfolio for review and then needs to edit it (e.g. based on feedback from instructor or instructor noting it needs to be revised and resubmitted), any new attachments are not being attached/saved. When in the side panel it looks like it is saving the change but going back as a student after saving or viewing as an instructor shows that the attachment has not attached.
This issue occurs both with trying to add an attachment where nothing was originally attached, and when removing an old attachment to replace it with a new file.
If a student needs to revise their submission it's likely they may need to attach new or additional documentation or may have attached the wrong file and need to amend it.
