Hello-
I was reading the passages for 7th grade ELA, and some of the passages are a higher grade level than 7th grade. I am curious how the passages are chosen, and how you determine the reading level.
Thank you,
Laura
Hi @LauraIves! The passages have Lexile measures on them and we have those corresponding to particular grade ranges. Are you wondering about passages in the Mastery Item Bank or another item bank? You could take a look at the Lexile measurement associated with a passage. Follow How do I find passages in item banks to view or manage? . If there are any particular ones that you think may be mislabeled or may be outside of a grade range, feel free to contact support to verify. Oddly, it seems like all none of the passages have grade ranges associated with them right now. This may be in flux or in the works. - Jen

Student A keeps refreshing their test while Student B completes the test on their chromebook. When it's completed, Student A submits the test. Is there a way to…

I have a student (Jamal Weldon) in my block 2 who cannot access the Checkpoint Assessment test code. The testing window is still open. Please advise
Is there a simpler way for Special Education teachers to track student progress on benchmarks for multiple grade levels in ELA and Math for their caseload? Creating my own trackers for each grade level and subject, with a few students in each, and being a collaborator is not an efficient or effective way to view the data.…
While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
