Internal Error when Creating Assessment

I have created an assessment in Mastery Connect and I am attempting to add a passage to the question from my passage bank. Mastery connect continues to give me an error stating that it is "unable to save changes because of an internal error." When it does this, it doesn't save the assignment.

@AlyssaBehr - There may be something amiss with either the question, the assessment, or the passage. You could try creating a very simple passage and see if adding it gives an error, or try creating a new test assessment with a single new question with a passage. At least this would give you an idea of where the problem is... If all of this continues to give an error, I would contact support to see if they have some insight into your item/passage bank and the permissions/access. I hope it gets resolved quickly! - Jen
